Citic Seram Energy Limited (CSEL) is a newly appointed Operator of Seram non Bula Block in Eastern Indonesia. In order to self operate and maintain its existing facilities, consisting of all several wells, field facilities, main production facilities, main export facilities, and all flowlines, trunklines and loading lines, CSEL requires highly qualified individuals to join as:


Field HR Supervisor

Summary of Position:
• The primary role of the Field HR Supervisor will supervises of all HR operational activities in field area of HR generalist functions, ensure the operational of travel & schedule activities and maintain the community development and relation in the area by administering HR policies and programs in several of the following areas: Employment. Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Wage and Salary, Benefits, Safety, Reporting, Recruiting, traveling, scheduling and Training. Investigating employee complaints and following through to resolution. Conducting various HR audits. Other responsibilities regarding the implementation of HR programs in accordance with the prevailing regulations and as per Company’s Instructions.

Success candidate should have:
1. Bachelors degree in HR Mgt, General Business, or other related field is must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
2. Minimum 4 years of work experience Human Resources in a HR Generalist type role is required.
3. Must be able to handle highly confidential issues and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
4. Must have understanding of Employment Law and others requirements.
5. Must have strong leadership skills.
6. Broad knowledge of HR functions and HR processes

HRIS Supervisor

Summary of Position:
• In this position the incumbent will responsible to manage the Human Resources Information System, create and maintain reporting processes, add/delete or modify the system to ensure that the appropriate data controls are in place. Responsible for system maintenance/updates related to benefits administration and payroll processing, and documenting HRIS processes, may also responsible to investigate, research, and resolve questions or problems relating to data integrity and HR policies and procedures in accordance with the prevailing regulations and as per Company’s Instructions.

Success candidate should have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR Mgt, General Business, or other related field is must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
2. Minimum 4 years of work experience in the HRIS activities & programs
3. Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
4. Must be able to handle highly confidential issues and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
5. Broad knowledge of HR functions and HR processes
6. Must be organized, and have the judgment to effectively prioritize conflicting tasks and deadlines.

HR Analyst

Summary of Position:
• HR Analyst will be responsible to performs management studies and continuous research related to various aspects of HR management, activities and issues. Conducts and participates in special studies to evaluate timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs and ensure continued process improvement. Identifies potential and existing trends, issues or areas that need further study. Makes recommendations to improve programs, streamline processes, and reduce non-value added activities.
• Tracks all personnel actions for the organization to ensure they are processed in a timely manner. Reviews training programs, develops job analysis on all grade levels when needed, to ensure that evaluation criteria are a direct result of the position description
• Researches and analyzes guidelines and a variety of other sources of information to address any operational, reviews and interprets policy changes to determine the best way to disseminate to the workforce.

Success candidate should have:
1. Bachelors degree in HR Mgt, General Business, or other related field
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience Human Resources in a HR Analysis activities
3. Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
4. Must be able to handle highly confidential issues and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
5. Interpret a wide variety of data and draw conclusions based on systematic analysis

C&B Specialist

Summary of Position:
• This Position will responsible to Conducts complex quantitative compensation and benefit analysis, which supports the design, implementation and administration of the compensation and benefit programs, extract relevant data from both internal and external information systems to support compensation and benefit analysis and responsible for compiling and analyzing data for annual affirmative action plans in accordance with the prevailing regulations and as per Company’s Instructions.

Success candidate should have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR Mgt, General Business, or other related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience with compensation and benefit programs preferred
3. Must be able to handle highly confidential issues and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
4. Must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
5. Previous report writing and data extraction experience required

HR Generalist

Summary of Position:
• The scope of this position would be to perform a variety of generalist human resources policies & programs activities including: completes compensation and benefits, inform and counsel employees on Human Resources policies, procedures, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and employment law, support government relations and community development, communication and special projects as assigned in accordance with the prevailing regulations and Company’s constructions

Success candidate should have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR Mgt, General Business, or other related field
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience Human Resources in a HR Generalist type role is required
3. Must be able to handle highly confidential issues and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.

Sea Freight

Summary Position:
• Responsible in handling the day to day assignment of sea freight transportation by preparing the schedules activities and maintaining all sea freight preparations, information of trips, wage, freight, maintenance, and coordinate the sea staff, may also responsible to ensure the smooth running of the sea freight activities in accordance with the prevailing regulations and as per Transport Coordinator’s Instructions.

Success Candidate should have:
1. Minimal Diploma or equivalent
2. Minimal 5 years of experience in Sea Freight activities
3. Familiar with the sea freight equipments and procedures

Transport Coordinator

Summary Position:
• Responsible in handling the day to day assignment of Dispatcher, Land and flight transportation schedules by preparing and maintain all transport activities includes daily schedule, information of trips, maintenance, and supervise the transportation staff, manage the smooth running of the transportation activities in accordance with the prevailing regulations and as per Company’s Instructions.

Success Candidate should have:
1. Minimal Diploma or equivalent
2. Minimal 5 years of experience in charter scheduling experience and some charter experience
3. FOO certification of small air craft license rating is necessary
4. Must be familiar with a variety of transportation concepts, practices, and procedures.

Flight Coordinator

Summary Position:
• The Flight Coordinator will be responsible for Handling the day to day assignment of crews to cover all flight schedules and following established crew scheduling procedures in performance of duties, preparing flight plans, crew daily itineraries and scheduling crew flights, coordinating all associated information for trips, maintenance, crew and aircraft - to build the most efficient schedule possible in accordance with the prevailing regulations and as per Company’s Instructions.

Success Candidate should have:
1. Minimal Diploma or equivalent
2. Minimal 5 years of experience in charter scheduling experience and some charter experience
3. Good knowledge of crew scheduling procedures and duties
4. FOO certification of small air craft license rating is necessary

Lab Technician Specialist

Summary Position:
• Responsible for daily sample analysis from whole plant area as directed by supervisor, maintaining all laboratory equipments, planning & organizing the usage and availability of consumable materials for laboratory, and ensure the implementation of company safety policy.

Success Candidate should have:
1. Senior Technical School/High School in Physics/Biology science (IPA)
2. Minimum 3 year comprehensive experience in laboratory analysis
3. Understand laboratory equipments, analysis process & procedure (analysis of distillation, flash point, H2S content, Sulphur content, vapour pressure, BS&W, oil content in water, CCR (Conradson Carbon Residue), SG/API Gravity, etc.)
4. Familiar with Ms. Word & Ms. Excel.

Security Coordinator

Summary Position:
• Responsible for Provide leadership to assure a secure and safe workplace and promote optimal physical security of employees, assets, documents and operational and related facilities by implementing Security and Safety procedures. Developed and Implement a Security Management System for CSEL field operations together with CSEL HSE Department; implement ISPS Code (Security standard for Ship and Port) and communicate with RSO (Recognize Security Organization). Plan, maintain and coordinate all security programs, include in house security training.
• Handle and anticipate any labor disruptions, strikes, riots, mass demonstrations, and other escalation of normal working conditions. Assist CSEL HSE and emergency Response team in any emergency situation, establish and maintain the good and healthy cooperation and relationship with local and national security institutions in Indonesia (MABES POLRI, POLDA, BRIMOB, MARINE or ARMY) as per prevailing regulation and Company’s Instruction.

Success Candidate should have:
1. The Field Security Coordinator shall be a minimum Ex Komisaris Polisi or Major level or equivalent.
2. 5 years in industrial security services and can give training will be advantage
3. Organised and methodical self-starter requiring minimum supervision
4. Proven computer skills with Microsoft Office software for the preparation of documents, spreadsheets, presentations and databases.


General Qualification:
• Indonesian Citizen, max. 40 years old
• Preferably of Ambon residence
• Physically fit and good medical record
• Willing to work under pressure situation and condition in remote area and overseas assignment on rotation basis if required.
• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental laws and regulations
• Strong personality, intelligent as well as capable working under limited resources
• Candidates must be enthusiastic and results oriented
• Well organized, self-motivated and able to cooperate effectively with other team members and leaders
• Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
