Vibrant, rapidly expanding, heavy engineering Group with subsidiaries around the world dealing with oil, gas and mineral processing industries is seeking self-Motivated, qualified personnel with excellent interpersonal skills for its Batam office.
Proposals Manager (Batam)
To provide effective coordination of enquiries during tendering process, estimating reviews and checking tenders for compliance and maintaining project information and marketing assistance to the Company.
Selection Criteria:
• Minimum a certificate in mechanical or chemical engineering or at least 5 year’s proven experience in similar industry.
• Minimum 3 years in a sales and marketing environment.
• Experience in determining specific technical requirement from client specifications.
• Highly developed presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Interpersonal; verbal and communication skill of a high order including dealing effectively with clients and working with a broad range of people.
• Sound knowledge of computer skills including a range of software programs in the windows suite.
• Ability to quickly acquire a sound knowledge of the services provided by process equipment manufacturing.
• Self motivated and ability to plan , organize and prioritize own area of responsibility.
